     My specialty is North San Diego County, which includes Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Poway, and Rancho Bernardo. I’ve been a resident of Vista, Oceanside, and then Escondido since 1996 and a California resident since 1984. I’ve been personally buying and selling homes for the past 20 years.

     I have a B.A. and M.S. in Education and I am a member of the California Association of Realtors (CAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), North San Diego County Association of Realtors (NSDCAR), San Diego Creative Investors Association (SDCIA), North San Diego Real Estate Investors (NSDREI), and the Southern California Creative Investment Club (SOCALCIA).
